The prospects for trade cooperation with West African countries are based on the growing demand for Russian agricultural products amid declining dependence of African countries on Western markets, as well as the opportunity to supply African raw materials and products for the Russian domestic market.
To consolidate efforts, resources, and investments in creating the "Grain+" logistics infrastructure and local processing capacities, and to develop sustainable commercial relations, NOVO Evolution Centre JSC is establishing direct, long-term relationships with major Nigerian trading companies.
The visit of representatives from federal and regional government bodies and businesses of West African countries to the Russian Federation was organized by the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Federal Republic of Nigeria as part of the 27th Russian "Golden Autumn — 2025" Agro-Industrial Exhibition. The business mission included delegates from Nigeria, Niger, Mali, and Togo, comprising representatives of government authorities responsible for agriculture and foreign trade development, as well as representatives of agribusiness companies.
