NOVO Evolution Centre Group implements the state-supported ‘Grain +’ Integrated Programme for the Development of Grain Transmission Infrastructure and Logistics aimed at realising the enormous potential of the Volga region, as well as partly of the Urals, Siberia, and Central Russia in increase of the crop production, developing the grain transmission infrastructure, organising new areas of logistics and markets in friendly countries.
The implementation of the Programme makes a practical contribution to the development of the BRICS Food Security Belt Initiative.
In addition to its practical contribution to the food security of BRICS+ member states and other friendly states, food security is a ‘unifying idea’. There is an objective deficit of such ideas in the current international agenda. The unifying ideas formed by BRICS are a direct opposite to the Western ‘divisive concepts and ideas’ of dominance of some countries over others and to the principle of their ‘priority access to resources’.
‘GRAIN +’ INTEGRATED PROGRAMME FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF GRAIN TRANSMISSION INFRASTRUCTURE AND LOGISTICS WILL HELP TO:
improve transport connectivity, reduce trade costs, and make it easier for Russian regions to access international markets that are deep in the continent do not have direct access to the sea;
form sustainable chains of co-operation ties with partners from friendly countries;
fill Eurasia's international transport corridors;
strengthen the Russian Federation economically;
increase Russia's role in shaping the food security of friendly countries;
expand foreign economic co-operation with prospective partners from friendly states.
