NOVO Evolution Centre Joint-Stock Company has joined the Agricultural Product Turnover Charter—a document developed by market participants under the auspices of the National Association of Agricultural Exporters and the Federal Tax Service. The initiative aims to combat illegal practices in the agricultural product market, restore fair competition, and promote zero tolerance toward companies violating the tax laws of the Russian Federation.

Among the key principles of NOVO Evolution Centre Joint-Stock Company are adherence to responsible business conduct standards, high social responsibility, and transparency. Companies that joined the Charter pledged not to gain competitive advantage through tax evasion and to avoid cooperation with unscrupulous intermediaries. They committed to purchasing agricultural products directly from farmers, processors, or commission agents, as well as from other reputable market participants, and to “exercise due diligence” when entering into contracts with intermediary companies.
