Representatives from the NOVO Evolution Center Group of Companies attended the XVI International Economic Forum, "Russia - the Islamic World: KazanForum," aimed to showcase the capabilities of Russian companies and regions on a global scale while also strengthening cooperation with partners from friendly countries. The delegation explored the Russia Halal Expo exhibition, participated in the event's business program, and held numerous productive meetings.
The growth of Russia’s international cooperation with Islamic countries is driven by infrastructure development under major projects like the North-South and West-East international transport corridors. The NOVO Evolution Centre Group of Companies' infrastructure opportunities in the context of changes in the logistics system and cargo flow reorientation enable integration into the market transformation process. The group’s projects aim to boost trade with partner nations through stable deliveries of Russian agricultural products and reciprocal imports of consumer goods, machinery, and other in-demand commodities. Attending such events allows the NOVO Development Center to strengthen ties with credible overseas partners.
During the Forum, meetings were held with representatives of major Iranian businesses to discuss prospects for developing business relations, particularly with Sahar Food, which operates a complex of food processing plants in Hamadan. Cooperation with the Uzbek enterprise Bashir Navid Group, the biggest food product manufacturer and exporter in Central Asia, has been discussed in preliminary talks. Cooperation prospects for importing goods to the Russian market were discussed with representatives of Turkmenistan's Ministry of Textile Industry. Preliminary agreements were reached with Turkmenistan Transport and Logistics Center, the national operator for container trains and operator of the container terminal at Turkmenbashi International Seaport.
Afghanistan was represented by a large delegation at the Forum, as Russia plans to strengthen trade and economic relations with the country in coming years. NOVO Evolution Center Group held several productive meetings with Afghan business representatives.
Additionally, the Forum provided an opportunity for personal meetings with partners, including working negotiations with representatives of Alabuga Special Economic Zone to discuss progress on their joint project - the specialized grain logistics facility "Alabuga Grain Terminal" in Tatarstan.
